I am the founder of Jeannie’s Touch, LLC, - a non-medical home care agency inspired by personal experience and a genuine love for serving others. My passion for care was shaped by the remarkable women in my family: my mother, Jean, my grandmother Catherine, my great grandmother Ola and my aunt Bessie and my aunt Marchelle, Their devotion to the elderly, the mentally challenged, and those simply needed a place to call home, taught me that true care is rooted in patience, dignity, and compassion.
Throughout my years of working with individuals and families, I learned that meaningful care extends beyond daily tasks—it’s about connection. It's about trust. It's about showing up with intention. That belief is the foundation of everything we do at Jeannie’s Touch.
What sets our approach apart is simple: we care deeply. I am committed to building genuine relationships, thoughtfully matching caregivers , and creating supports that uplift not only the individual receiving care, but the family as a whole.

With a strong commitment to integrity, stewardship, and accountability, Natashia plays a vital role in managing financial planning, budgeting, and compliance while helping to ensure the company remains financially sound and mission focused. Her attention to detail and forward-thinking approach help position Jeannie’s Touch to expand its impact across the communities it serves.
